Volunteers Needed
If it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a pack of volunteers to rescue dogs! Our largest volunteering need is foster homes, but that may not be for you at this time. Maybe you are a foster and want to help out in different ways. Read below for additional ways you can help out New Jersey Misfits Canine Rescue.
Facebook page manager - engages existing fans and new fans to the NJMCR page. Maintains cover photo and profile photo to ensure they are seasonally appropriate. Helps to develop calendar and content of posts and employs Facebook to post on schedule. Posts dogs for foster, dogs for adoption and completed adoption on a regular basis. Monitors page, engaging with followers to answer questions. Any negative interaction needs to be brought to Jenn's attention immediately.
Instagram manager - engages existing fans and attracts new fans to the NJMCR account. Maintains cover photo and profile photo to ensure they are seasonally appropriate. Helps to develop calendar and content of posts and employs Instagram to post on schedule. Posts dogs for foster, dogs for adoption and completed adoption on a regular basis.
